I’m Done Settling
Make this your prayer Today!
God,Imagine me Loving what I see when the mirror looks at me. I imagine me In a place of no insecurities. And I’m finally happy ’cause I imagine me Letting go of all of the ones who hurt me. Because they never did deserve me. I want to finally Say no to thoughts that try to control me. Remembering all you told me Lord
Letting Go of what my mama said, And healed from what my daddy did. And I wanna live and not read that page again. Imagine me, being free, trusting you totally, finally! I can Imagine me being fully and freely your child! I admit it was hard to see, You being in love with someone like me. But finally I can Imagine me Being strong And not letting people break me down. The enemy won’t get my joy this time around.
Letting go of my past. And glad I have another chance. And my heart will dance ‘Cause I don’t have to read that page again. No more pain, no more disappointment. No more low self esteem. I’m letting go of all of it. I’m trusting God. I’m determined to walk in freedom.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS!
God, Thank You for the Lamb , thank You for the Lamb of God. The Precious Lamb of God. Because of Your grace I can finish this race. You are The Precious Lamb of God. Even when I broke Your heart, My sins tore us apart. But I’m standing right here In the midst of my tears, I claim You to be the Lamb of God!
New life can begin, because You washed away, washed away every one of my sins. Your word says Whom the Son sets free is truly free indeed. I claim You to be the Lamb of God, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ Amen!
“From the ends of the earth, I cry to you for help when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the towering rock of safety.” Psalm 61:21
A Prayer for when you feel overwhelmed
Lord,
When my heart is overwhelmed, overwhelm me with Your peace. Lead me to You, my rock. Guide me to Your Word which gives me strength and refuge. Help me not to run to lesser things. Draw me to run to You first. Help me get into the habit of taking my “overwhelmed” and placing it under your will. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
