God I believe today is the day when I shall break free from the pain of my past.

I claim the victory right now in Jesus’ name and as a sign of my commitment I’m releasing everything that I’ve been holding on to. Grief, worry, fear, and regret are no more. I’m letting them go so I can walk into a brighter future with you.

Thank you God for being the one who carries my burdens so I don’t have to. In the name of the greatest burden bearer, Jesus the Christ, I pray. Amen.
